AKI Agrárközgazdasági Intézet Nonprofit Kft. (Hereinafter: AKI) informs you that browsing its websites also means accepting the following conditions.

AKI processes the personal data collected or recorded during its activities according to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR) and of Act CXII of 2011 on information self- determination and freedom of information (hereinafter: Information Act).

The processing of personal data by AKI or in AKI’s organization and systems may only take place lawfully, within the framework of a fair procedure and in a transparent manner. Personal data may be processed for a clearly defined legitimate purpose. Data processing should be justified for the purpose and limited to the minimum necessary. The data must be stored in such a way that the data subjects can be identified only to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose. Adequate security of personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction or damage, shall be ensured through the use of appropriate technical or organizational measures in the processing of data.

When you access AKI’s website, especially those parts that are subject to user registration, your personal data will be handled by AKI. Some personal information is generated automatically when accessing the website (in the case of access and audit logs, the user source IP addresses are logged). On the other hand, when accessing registration-related content and subscribing to the newsletter, it is necessary to provide some personal data (first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number). The AKI website uses cookies to improve the user experience. User-enabled cookies are stored by the browser, which are essential for the proper operation of the website’s functions. The user has the option to turn off cookies, which can degrade the browsing experience.

During the development of the website, we strived to ensure that personal data is processed only to the extent necessary for the use of the website’s services and in full compliance with the applicable legal provisions.

The operation of the website is performed exclusively by the internal organizational units of AKI. The personal data processed in connection with the visit to the website are accessed only by our own employees, to the extent necessary for the performance of their duties, the performance of the service used and the answer to any questions or remarks. AKI does not pass on the generated personal data to third parties, it only uses them for statistical purposes or to ensure access to the website functions.

AKI shall take appropriate IT, technical and personal measures to ensure that the personal data it processes are protected against unauthorized access or alteration.

The data subject may at any time request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of personal data concerning him or her and object to the processing of personal data. The data subject also has the right to data portability.
