Application for FADN data provider

Dear Applicant,

We are pleased to welcome you as a data provider in the Hungarian National Farm Sustainability Data Network (FSDN).

The FSDN examines the financial and income situation of farmers through a representative sample of around 2000 farmers. The system is compulsory for EU Member States, but farm returns are voluntary. According to the Decree 127/2013 (18.XII.) of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the data collection and processing in Hungary is the responsibility of Institute of Agricultural Economics (AKI) Non-Profit Limited Liability Company. The data are used by the European Commission and the Hungarian government primarily for the planning, analysis and evaluation of agricultural policy measures.

For providing the data, you can receive extra points in certain CAP Strategic Plan application and, if your data are included in our database, you can compare your own financial data with data from similar farms.

By hand or computer fill in the Agreement (name, registered office address, MÁK identifier, name of representative, name of contact person, email address and phone number, signature of authorized signatory) in 2 copies, and specify the farm structure data contained in the annex 1 to the Agreement (hectare numbers and animal numbers). In Annex 2 to the Agreement, the data (full name, username, email address, workplace, address, telephone numbers) of the person(s) authorised to access the comparative data of the holding on the Agricultural Information Portal may be provided.

Please send two signed copies by post to the territorially competent address of Institute of Agricultural Economics (AKI) Nonprofit Limited Liability Company. You can download the contact details of data collectors in Hungary from the https://adat.aki.gov.hu/Szakrendszeri/Fadn webpage under the "FSDN data collectors in Hungary" section. Alternatively, you can send the document signed with a qualified electronic signature to the relevant email address downloaded from the same webpage.
